The hotel offers ocean view rooms at reasonable prices, with a pull-out couch and a separate bedroom, but my stay coincided with rainy weather. The service was professional but marred by a repeated issue with the room card. The location boasts well-maintained cabanas shielded from wind, though some suite upgrade offers came with unexpected costs. Dining was on the expensive side, requiring a trip downstairs for takeout meals.
The hotel had a beautiful and huge location right on the beach with various food options, but there were issues with stolen debit card numbers and delayed room readiness. The dining experience was outstanding but a bit pricey. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service and an oceanfront convenience.
The hotel is by far my favorite part so far, with clean rooms looked after by Amanda, one of the managers. However, there was a leak in the room that wasn't fixed until late evening. The service kudos go to them for sending up a bottle of wine for our anniversary, with everyone encountered being amazing. The location is not the best on the coast, but it's very nice with many amenities we couldn't fully enjoy due to a short stay. Dining options were limited, and the price for some services was extra.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with large bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows, but the lack of proper cleaning requiring me to seek out housekeeping multiple times was an issue. The property overall was clean and well-maintained, and the friendly service was a highlight. However, the dining options were below average, and the early closure of the location on certain nights was disappointing.
